Entrepreneurship and Innovation Essay: Introduction

Innovation is a process of renovating something; besides, it is a conclusion of update. It should not be confused with the invention, for the invention is finding something that does not exist; however, innovation is renovating things across the developing conditions. Innovation focuses on the obstacles in social and working lives and tries to produce solutions for them. Besides, it is an essential section for developing commercial enterprises in a competition between each other. The technological evolutions impact every minute of human life. People who keep up with them could be able to have better living conditions. The innovators are like the unknown heroes of today's life because they reply to people's requirements and requests across the developing world. The innovators are the rare human community who make differences in living conditions.

The innovation begins with the following modern-day conditions. Innovators need to be aware of everyday alterations and evolutions. The innovators' observation skills should be at the top level to recognize what is needed and what should be improved. They need to be interested in various departments related to theirs to make a difference. Investigating the environment excites individuals to change some situations and make them better for people. The innovators who are impacted start questioning almost every step of human from past to future. That is what triggers them to begin from a point to change some of the conditions around them.

Every innovation begins with a deep investigation, e.g., Newton's questioning about an apple's fall from the tree (Banerjea, para. 7). At the end of the self-questioning, the innovators ask for a possible solution for the surroundings' ideas. That is one of the main substantial points for an organization: teamwork. Many companies, commercial firms, and corporations remain standing in a competition by courtesy of innovators' perfect teamwork. Every idea needs to be put into practice for innovators to evaluate it as an innovation. Questioning is not enough to make a difference for people because it is an intangible circumstance. To see whether the opinions are achievable or not, the innovators need experiences. The aim is to embody the thoughts without expecting success, e.g., Edison's trial of thousand times to invent the light bulb (Banerjea, para. 12). The innovators try to ease the living conditions with their ideas. Every thought to impact people's lives keeps the possibility of being an innovation. The vital thing is to bring them to action.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are two close terms that are used mostly together in life. The innovation is to use creativity to get an opinion besides. Entrepreneurship is to apply innovation to achieve a result (Sandberg, para 2-3). Entrepreneurship is to support and follow innovative opinions at every stage of the process. The entrepreneurs constitute the diminutive section of the business world, and they are generally the most famous and rich ones. Most of the life stories of the biggest entrepreneurs of today's world are similar to each other. The main point of them is not to give up on their way of reaching success. The most apparent characteristic features of entrepreneurs are determination, ambition, and sedulity. The entrepreneurs' goal is to achieve the end of the way without thinking about alternative ways or return from the way. Risk lives with them all the way their work until the target they hope to achieve. Most of the entrepreneur is seen as an inspiration for especially the young generation.

The individual who evaluates itself as an entrepreneur needs to be self-confident at the beginning. If s/he has a suspicion about the thought s/he thinks on it, that means the idea will not impact the others because the entrepreneurs need to express themselves and market their idea well enough to receive appreciation. Indecision and suspicion destroy knowledge and experience. The entrepreneurs focus on only one result of their work. Their goal is to make the thoughts real; therefore, they are quite brave to deal with the risks many times, and they are patient to go all lengths. The entrepreneurs are mostly the people whose leadership skills are developed. The managers of famous firms and brands are well-skilled entrepreneurs who lead the technological innovations.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Essay: Conclusion

In conclusion, when we look at the main differences between innovators and entrepreneurs, we see that the entrepreneurs are rarer worldwide against the innovators; however, they are more famous and richer. The innovators focus on the problems and obstacles and try to find solutions through using creativity. Otherwise, the entrepreneurs lead the last innovation to make differences. Both innovators and entrepreneurs need some specific characteristic properties. They need to be hard-working and determined. If the person loses one of these and give up on its way, it means that its idea will not be put into practice; instead, it will always be intangible thought. The people who make differences worldwide are the ones who trust themselves more than any other thing. The road to success goes from self-confidence.
