Even though it was spread after the original Disney movie version in 1989, the story was written by Hans Cristian Anderson. The Danish writer wrote over 40 novels, which now have greatly influenced modern-day Disney films.

Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight delivers more than what the viewer actually sees. Tarantino incorporates social messages and the harsh realities of our society. By creating a place full of conflict, the hateful eight fails to stay alive. Their nature and backgrounds do not let them have a peaceful night. Did Tarantino aim to criticize society by explaining the unrest? Or did he try to take advantage of this unrest to create a thriller masterpiece?
Twelve Angry Men was directed by Sidney Lumet in 1957. The movie concentrates on jury members’ decision about a boy who is accused of killing his father with a switch knife, and his life depends on the decision of the jury. According to the United States laws, the decision can only be valid with an agreed decision of twelve jury members. After the trial, jury members go to a meeting room, and many of them think that it will be a quick decision to make. However, Davis votes not guilty. Therefore, they have to stay in that room and discuss the details of the case despite their lack of interest.
